- Review calls inside the overlap window
- Written turnaround times for queries and packs
Shaded area is the London working day. UK winter time (GMT); overlaps shift by about an hour when clocks change.
We have sat on the audit side of group reporting
Our founder audited groups and their subsidiaries across India, Dubai and the UK. We know what group auditors ask for, so your UK numbers arrive complete, reconciled and on time.
- One contact. No hand offs between a local accountant, a payroll bureau and a reporting consultant.
- Multi GAAP. UK GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS, with clear reconciliations between them.
- Time zone friendly. Calls arranged around head office hours in Asia, the Middle East and the US.
- Independent of your auditor. We prepare, they audit, so independence is never in question.
Common questions from overseas groups
Does our UK subsidiary need a statutory audit?
It depends on the size of the subsidiary and the wider group. Many small subsidiaries can claim audit exemption, and some can use a parent company guarantee to do so. We check which option applies to you before year end.
Do we need a UK resident director?
No. Directors can live outside the UK, but every director must verify their identity with Companies House. We can guide overseas directors through the process.
Which accounting framework should the UK entity use?
Most UK subsidiaries use FRS 102 or FRS 101, and some use UK adopted IFRS. The right choice depends on your group's framework and the cost of reconciling between them. We recommend the simplest route that still meets your parent's needs.
Can you work to our group's reporting timetable?
Yes. We agree a monthly close calendar with your head office and deliver reporting packs to your deadlines.
